Shipping policy

We aim to process orders within 48 hours . Delivery usually takes 5-8 Business Days.

Personalised items, special order items may take longer, but times will be stated on the product page.

Our products are stocked in multiple warehouses, and just like Amazon, you may receive your items in several different parcels, as we try to dispatch items as soon as they are available, so that you receive them faster.

This applies to single items as well as items purchased as a bundle.

All of our stock is located in Australia, unless stated on the product page (occasionally we will import specialist goods on request)
